Welcome to Pedagogy NEET. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pedagogy NEET website, platform, educational resources, courses, tests, notes, question banks, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a Service, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About Pedagogy NEET

Pedagogy NEET is an online educational platform providing educational resources and preparation materials intended to support students preparing for competitive examinations, including the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

Pedagogy NEET is an independent educational platform and is not a government body, examination authority, medical college, university, or official representative of NTA or any other examination authority, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our Services are intended to supplement a student's preparation and should not be considered a guarantee of admission, rank, marks, or examination success.

2. Eligibility

You may use our Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

By using the Services, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and that you have the necessary authority to use the account and Services.

5. No Guarantee of Examination Results

Pedagogy NEET provides educational resources for preparation purposes.

We do not guarantee:

* a particular NEET score;

* a particular rank;

* qualification in NEET;

* admission to any medical college;

* admission to any particular college or institution;

* any particular academic result.

Student performance depends on multiple factors, including individual preparation, effort, examination conditions, competition, and the applicable examination pattern.

Any statements, testimonials, ranks, results, or success stories displayed on our website are provided for informational and promotional purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar results.

6. Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational content.

However, educational content may contain inadvertent errors, omissions, outdated information, typographical errors, or differences resulting from changes in examination patterns, syllabi, textbooks, guidelines, or other external sources.

We reserve the right to correct, update, modify, or remove content when appropriate.

We may change prices, offers, discounts, or promotional benefits from time to time. Such changes will generally not affect an order that has already been successfully completed, except where required by law or where an applicable offer expressly states otherwise.

8. Orders and Enrollment

An order is considered successfully placed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received and processed.

After successful enrollment, we may provide an enrollment confirmation, invoice, receipt, or other confirmation through email or another registered communication channel.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in circumstances including:

* suspected fraudulent activity;

* unauthorized use of a payment method;

* technical or pricing errors;

* violation of these Terms;

* duplicate or abusive transactions; or

* other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

Where an order is cancelled by us and a refund is legally or contractually due, the applicable amount will be refunded through the permitted payment method.

You must not:

10. Intellectual Property

are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Pedagogy NEET and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing access to our Services does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased Services for personal educational purposes.

11. Prohibited Use and Content Sharing

You must not, without our prior written permission:

* copy substantial portions of our question bank or notes;

* reproduce or republish our content;

* upload our content to another website or platform;

* sell or redistribute our content;

* share screenshots, PDFs, recordings, or other copies for commercial or unauthorized distribution;

* remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;

* use our materials to create a competing commercial database or service.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in suspension or termination of access and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

12. User-Submitted Information and Communications

If you submit information, feedback, reviews, questions, suggestions, or other material to us, you represent that you have the right to provide such material.

You must not submit content that:

* infringes another person's rights;

This provision does not seek to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction available to a consumer under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts/authorities in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any statutory right of a consumer to approach a competent consumer authority or forum available under applicable law.
